HLTA – English/Literacy: Lead Lessons & Student Support

Aldridge Education, through Brighton Aldridge Community Academy, seeks an HLTA to support teaching and learning in a dynamic secondary setting. You will deliver lessons where appropriate and provide targeted assistance to students to promote confidence and progress.

Ideal candidates will have HLTA status (or be working toward it), be patient, enthusiastic, and capable of working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure inclusive, high-quality education for all students.
