Head Pizza Chef & Kitchen Leader – Sourdough & Growth

Franco Manca Edinburgh is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, manage daily operations, and sustain our high standards of Italian cuisine. You’ll train and motivate your team while ensuring every pizza is prepared to perfection and service runs smoothly.

You’ll drive quality, control stock and hygiene, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role is on-site and offers a strong bonus potential and growth within Franco Manca.
