Qualifications
- Builds positive relationships and works well in a team
- Has a minimum of 2 years recent relevant experience, supporting pupils in the classroom
- Has a good standard of education (5 GCSEs in English and Maths C or above) and a relevant, recognised qualification such as NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Work as a teaching assistant with a child in Year 6, supporting learning under the direction of the teacher
- Help pupils access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together
