Security Licensed Traffic Marshall
Laing O’Rourke, on behalf of Select Security, is recruiting a team of SIA licensed traffic marshals for a project in Ranby supporting the construction of new prison premises.
Responsibilities: you will be managing gate activities, logging in and out all deliveries, and assisting in banking vehicles into the site. You will keep watch of the construction site and access routes to ensure no unauthorised intruders or members of the public inadvertently stray into the unsafe area.

What We Are Looking For
- Valid SIA licence in either security guarding, door supervisor or close protection
- CPCS Card – A73 Vehicle and Plant Marshal
- A sound communicator, both written and spoken
- Someone who can work well within a large security team and with others within the project
- A strong customer focus and customer service skills
- A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity
Role is offered on a basis of completing vetting process which can take up to 4 weeks (unless applicants already have EL1).
