Inclusion Coach: Deaf, VI & PNI Lead (Term Time)

Chelmsford College is seeking an Inclusion Coach – Deaf, VI and PNI Lead for term-time delivery. The role focuses on supporting Deaf, HI, VI and PNI learners, working with Communication Support Workers and curriculum staff to embed inclusive practice and empower learners to overcome barriers to learning.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group interventions, guide staff on adjustments, and collaborate with external agencies to ensure smooth transitions and progression for students.
