Accounts & Logistics Support Specialist

Aspire Jobs is seeking an Internal Account Support specialist in Poole to be the first point of contact for customer queries by phone and email, and to manage delivery issues and order processing with accuracy.

You will coordinate with internal teams, handle shared inboxes, support goods-in and 3PL logistics, book transport for urgent shipments and prepare export documentation, while monitoring stock levels at 3PL sites and reporting data in ERP/CRM, Excel and Smartsheet.
