Retail Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:

Responsibilities

• Recruit, inspire and motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.

Details

Location: 49 High Street, Shirley, Southampton, Shirley SO15 3NN, GBR.

Hours per week: 39 hours. Shift pattern: Full‑time – flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends; discussed further at interview.

Salary: Up to £31,600 per annum.
