Digital Learning Designer for Fire & Rescue Training

Dorset Council is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to join the Learning and Organisational Development team. You will research, develop and implement digital and blended learning initiatives, providing support to departments seeking to enhance digital learning solutions and service performance.

You will design learning using multimedia tools, evaluate new tools, and contribute to learning strategy alignment. Travel may be required across the region for project delivery and training sessions.
