Sales Assistant

Shoezone is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Weymouth. This is a part time, permanent role with competitive salary dependent on age. Career development opportunities and benefits are also offered.

The role requires a commitment of 4 hours a week. Flexibility is required and the core rota may change based on business needs.

Salary range is pro‑rated between £2,090.00 and £2,656.39 per annum, depending on age.

The Sales Assistant Role

Naturally, we don’t expect you to know shoezone inside and out, which is why we train and develop all of our Sales Assistants. You will need genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with motivation to learn and develop.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Working in a busy and fast‑paced environment
• May be asked to undertake key‑holding duties

Qualifications

• Hands on with the ability to hit the ground running
• All‑around team player with a can‑do attitude
• Flexible and able to support the store (availability discussed at interview)
