Assistant Manager – Shop
As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team and ensure they have what they need to do an amazing job. You’ll lead the shop across in‑shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive‑thru channels, ensuring customers enjoy a brilliant experience whether shopping in‑store or online.

Ticketing Services Assistant – Edinburgh Trams
Checking tickets onboard trams and at network stations, responding to customer queries, providing assistance, and maintaining revenue protection and crowd control during major events.
- Check and issue tickets on trams and across the tram network.
- Assist customers, answering queries and providing ticket‑related information.
- Support tram drivers with emergency response procedures and communications with the Operation Control Room.
- Ensure revenue protection and crowd control at major events.
