Job Description:
Pump Action in Edinburgh is seeking a proactive Service Co-ordinator to support our branch. You will monitor customer enquiries by email or phone, attend site when quoting works, contact suppliers for prices and lead times, and convert quotes to orders on the system.
You will advise customers when goods are ready for collection, arrange shipping if required, convert remedial quotes to jobs, and work with the service team to schedule and stock materials.
