Assistant Manager – Impactful Charity Furniture Shop Lead

St John’s Hospice Shops is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Morecambe Furniture Shop. You will support the Shop Manager, drive sales, and lead volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service.

The role involves occasional travel to other locations and maintaining high standards in a busy retail environment. Training and ongoing support are provided; previous furniture retail experience is not essential, just enthusiasm and commitment to care.
