Medical Receptionist – Multi-site Patient Services

Greystone House Surgery is seeking two Medical Receptionists to join the friendly team across our Redhill and Merstham sites. One position is full-time and the other is part-time, with shifts from 8:00–16:30 or 13:00–19:00 and one early start at 7:30.

You will handle patient enquiries, provide excellent customer service, manage appointments and administrative tasks using EMIS Web and Accurx, and work closely with GPs and healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations.
