Engineering Programme Delivery Lead – Rail

Transport for London is seeking a Head of Engineering – Programme Delivery to lead major rail and infrastructure programmes. You will be the engineering lead, driving safety, quality and delivery across large multi-disciplinary teams and an international supply chain.

You will translate strategy into execution, shape long-term planning, manage resources, and ensure value-for-money through robust technical governance and commercial collaboration with suppliers.
