Chief AI Engineering & Enterprise Platform Lead

Marks & Spencer is seeking a senior, visionary Head of AI Engineering to own and lead the enterprise AI engineering capability within the Data & AI function. This role sets the technical direction, builds the core AI engineering foundations, and enables scalable access to AI services across technology teams.

You will shape and govern the AI engineering roadmap, ensuring AI capabilities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.
