About The Role
The Group Domain Manager – Fleets Operations will be responsible for building and scaling Bolt’s global fleet ecosystem, ensuring Bolt becomes the platform of choice for fleet partners. This role will lead the design and execution of strategies that drive highly engaged supply, strengthen market defensibility, and deliver long-term financial returns. The leader will own key strategic programs / operations such as Fleet Account Management, Fleet Rewards, Fleet Deals, Fleet Support influencing Fleet P&L while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and Bolt’s net-zero commitments.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global strategy for fleets, aligned with Bolt’s Rides vision and the 3-year plan
- Lead and scale global programs in Fleet Account Management, Fleet Deals, Automated Fleet Management & Rewards
- Partner with Product, BizDev, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Public Policy, Legal, and Regional Ops to align priorities and deliver impact.
- Anticipate and respond to regulatory shifts, including the EU Platform Work Directive and zero-emission mandates.
- Build and lead a global team of Fleet Ops professionals, scaling and improving team by 2028
About You
- You have a proven experience in senior leadership in fleet management, automotive, mobility, or ride-hailing.
- You have a proven track record of delivering large-scale fleet programs and solutions across multiple regions.
- You have a strong exposure to regulatory environments in mobility.
- You are able to define long-term fleet strategies in competitive, regulated markets.
- You have a deep understanding of fleet structures, fleet economics, and vehicle lifecycle management.
