Customer Development Director – Retail (Codeweavers)
At Cox Automotive, we’re looking for a commercially minded, customer‑obsessed leader to join our Enterprise Sales team as Customer Development Director – Retail (Codeweavers). This is a high‑impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building strategic customer relationships, developing high‑performing teams, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You’ll own a portfolio of key retail customers, lead a team of Customer Development professionals, and play a pivotal role in shaping customer success across our retail solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Development Managers and Executives, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
- Protect and grow revenue through strategic account planning, retention initiatives, and commercial leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across dealer groups, retailers, lenders, partners, and agencies.
- Identify and convert upsell, cross‑sell, and portfolio expansion opportunities across our retail solutions.
- Lead complex commercial conversations, negotiations, and customer escalations with confidence and professionalism.
- Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and Salesforce excellence across your portfolio.
- Act as the voice of the customer, influencing product development, service improvements, and onboarding experiences across the business.
