Capital Formation Partner & Investor Relations Leader

A London-headquartered institutional private equity firm is appointing a Head of Capital Formation / Partner to build and lead its investor relations and fundraising function. You will own the entire capital formation strategy—from LP targeting and roadshow execution to final close.

This is for someone who has built or led a fundraising capability and wants ownership and a clear path to equity partnership, with experience at a fund, placement agent or private bank.
