Overview

As Chief Growth & Marketing Officer (CGMO) you will drive sustainable revenue, customer engagement and long-term brand value across retail, e‑commerce, grocery partnerships and strategic accounts. You will collaborate with Brand & Innovation, Commercial Marketing and Customer & Loyalty to build a commercially accountable growth engine, accelerating performance and unlocking future opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi‑year growth strategy.
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention and loyalty performance.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments and revenue streams.
  • Partner with Retail, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to drive business performance.
  • Build a world‑class brand and evolve Krispy Kreme across all customer touchpoints.
  • Deliver impactful campaigns, activations and product launches.
  • Build a pipeline of products, propositions and customer experiences that capture emerging consumer trends.
  • Ensure innovation delivers both customer excitement and commercial return.
  • Lead pricing, promotions, range optimisation and commercial marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Own the customer lifecycle from acquisition to advocacy, using data‑led decision making to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Lead and develop high‑performing teams across Brand, Commercial Marketing and Customer & Loyalty, fostering accountability, creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Significant senior leadership experience in growth, marketing, commercial or customer roles.
  • Proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth.
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in brand, customer, digital and commercial strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link investment decisions to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, operating at Executive or Board level.
  • Passion for innovation, customer experience and building high‑performing teams.
