Director of People & Transformation (AI-Driven)

The University of Edinburgh seeks a seasoned Director of People to provide strategic leadership for its HR function and to position the university as an employer of choice for staff. You will drive the people agenda at the institution’s highest levels and shape a positive staff experience.

You will lead ~140 HR professionals, advance Strategy 2030, embed AI across HR, and champion inclusion, wellbeing and an evolving operating model in a dynamic academic environment.
