Experience: Around 4 years of embedded software engineering experience in aerospace, defence, or other mission- or safety-critical domains. High-Integrity Coding: Ability to develop robust, high-quality software (e.g., RTCA-DO178C) using object-oriented C++ or Ada. DevOps Mindset: Interest in automation across build, test, and deployment processes. RTOS Development (Desirable): Exposure to real-time embedded applications on Linux or VxWorks RTOS. Understanding of the software engineering lifecycle—from requirements through delivery.
