At DXC, building a better you, builds a better us.At DXC, one of our platinum accounts has a position for a Business Analyst. This role will analyse gaps to identify business needs, map out problem spaces, create solution approaches, analyse scenarios and support the development and deployment of organisational changes. The Business Analyst will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will be highly organised, dynamic, outcome-oriented with excellent communication skills.n Investigate root causes of problems, identify where a business need exists and shape the project to address this need. n Evaluate the options to meet the business need and support the development of the business case for change. n Research, analyse, and define current and proposed business processes. n Apply gap analysis to identify actions required to implement revised processes. n Elicit, analyse, and define requirements for business and IT change initiatives. n Support business staff in testing new business and IT changes to ensure acceptability. n Support the deployment of business and IT changes to ensure a smooth transition. n Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. n Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks. n A rational, objective, and detailed approach to business case developments. n Experience in document and scenario analysis. n Experience in risk and impact analysis. n Experience in business process modelling (UML or BPMN). n Awareness of business readiness assessments using either the POPIT or CPPOLDAT method. n Experience with SWOT analysis. n Competitive compensation nn Pension schemen DXC Select – Our comprehensive benefits package (includes private health/medical insurance, childcare vouchers, gym membership and more)nn Perks at Work (discounts on technology, groceries, travel and more)nn DXC incentives (recognition tools, employee lunches, regular social events, etc)…
