Job DescriptionWorking alongside our Care Manager, you’ll help lead one of South London’s most respected home care services, ensuring every client receives safe, compassionate and outstanding care.You’ll:Lead, support and inspire our team of 60 Care Professionals and SupervisorsConduct care consultations, complete care plans and risk assessmentsCarry out quality assurance visits, spot checks and annual appraisalsEnsure rigorous CQC compliance, audits and governanceMaintain audit compliant care records, medication documentation and visit logsSupport safeguarding, investigations and continuous quality improvementWork closely with scheduling, recruitment and training to deliver outstanding client careParticipate in the on-call rota and provide occasional ad hoc care supportQualificationsYou’ll be an experienced care leader who thrives on developing people, solving problems and delivering excellence.You’ll have:At least 3 years’ experience in adult social care, ideally domiciliary careNVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above)Leadership or supervisory experienceExcellent knowledge of CQC standards and best practiceStrong IT skills and confidence using digital and AI-based systemsA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehiclelive within a 60-minute drive of our Wandsworth officeAbove all, you’ll be someone who leads by example, communicates brilliantly, takes pride in high standards and shares our passion for helping older people live well at home.Additional InformationReady to Take the Next Step?If you’re looking for more than just another management role—if you want to build your career with one of the UK’s most respected home care providers—we’d love to hear from you.
