Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for a proactive individual who can operate on their own initiative, support business units, and help maintain high standards across all facilities functions. You will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive facilities services while upholding company standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities Support the RFM in delivering day-to-day facilities services and maintaining safe, effective site operations Assist in managing services including security, cleaning, health & safety, environmental, maintenance, and office services Oversee and support the site Facilities team and contribute to service delivery for business units Support financial processes including cost control awareness, forecasting, budgets, and invoice query resolution Assist in managing site security operations, systems, contractors, and ID badge control Support premises and space management, including desk utilisation, office moves, and contractor liaison Oversee office services such as meeting rooms, AV equipment, stationery, mail, and office equipment performance Assist with health & safety, environmental compliance, incident control, and business continuity planning Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage all levels Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong people and customer liaison skills Self-starter with confidence and strong character The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
