Product plays a critical role in the Group’s future success, and this position sits at the heart of that transformation. Using data to guide decisions, you will prioritise initiatives that drive the greatest customer value and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver against key KPIs. You will lead the execution of value-driven initiatives and continuous improvements, ensuring a robust, scalable platform that delivers against both technical and commercial objectives Works collaboratively with external third parties and other Kingfisher teams to plan, determine, prioritise implementation of solutions. Works with teams and Engineering Squad Leads on planning product releases, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and delivery is planned and in alignment with other business priorities n Understands technical trade-offs made by development teams and architects with regards to the value stream n Ensures technical complexity is taken into account for backlog prioritisation alongside business value n Tracks progress towards the release of a product through detailed planning methodology and review n Strong networking and team working ability across all seniority levels n Able to build, engage, lead and deliver using robust project methodology n Knowledge of agile working practices (desirable)n Knowledge/background of retail E-commerce and Marketplace implementation (desirable)n Our hybrid model blends home working for focus with time spent connecting and collaborating – whether in our offices or at offsite locations.
