People Relations Partner — ER & Case Management Leader

BT Group is seeking a People Relations Partner to oversee the end-to-end delivery of People Relations cases across the PR landscape. Based in Bristol or London with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote), you will connect the PR Case Team with CFU HR, Ethics, and Legal to ensure fair, data-driven case management and continuous improvement.

You will identify trends, drive improvements, and champion an inclusive culture while ensuring risk-managed practices.
