Job Description:
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist to join Yeovil District Hospital on a permanent basis. The role is 10 PAs per week (7.5 DCC / 2.5 SPA) with a Monday–Friday pattern, 09:00–17:00, and no on-call requirement.
The post involves specialist psychiatric assessment, leadership and liaison work, coordinating with acute hospital teams, CMHTs, and inpatient services to ensure high-quality patient care. Cross-site cover with Musgrove Park Hospital may occur.
