Overview

Brand new role reporting directly to the CEO. Leading the software engineering division overseeing resources, budgets, project delivery, technical architecture, coding standards, DevOps, testing, and technical security.

Responsibilities

• Manage the software engineering division and its resources.
• Control budgets and ensure project delivery.
• Set and uphold technical architecture and coding standards.
• Drive forward DevOps practices and advance testing options.
• Ensure overall technical security.
• Lead the migration of on‑site products to the cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management/director experience within software development.
• Strong background in software engineering/software development.
• Relevant qualifications for the sector.
• Experience with Microsoft stack and Agile practices beneficial.
