Deputy General Manager – Fitness and Wellbeing Club (FWC)

Position: Permanent contract, Part‑time (20 hours per week). Salary: Up to £45,000 pro rata depending on experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious leader to drive sales, new business initiatives and an exceptional customer experience at our Wandsworth club.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team with a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Create and champion great customer experiences.
• Generate innovative ideas to maximise membership sales and retention.
• Drive revenue‑generating services such as food and beverages.
• Contribute to the club’s commercial success.
