Head of Global Logistics & Inventory Operations

Pod Talent are partnering with a high-growth consumer goods brand in East Sussex to hire a Head of Logistics & Inventory. The role leads end-to-end logistics and inventory across the UK, EU, and US, shaping processes and performance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

The postholder will own 3PL relationships, drive inventory governance, and manage a small logistics team in a hybrid role (3–4 days in office) with broad international exposure.
