Head of MASH & Front-Door (Children’s Social Care)

Baltimore Consulting is recruiting for Head of MASH – Children’s Social Care in a South West local authority. This interim 3-month contract is Inside IR35 with a daily rate up to £600 via umbrella, and hybrid working 2–3 days on-site.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will lead the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, ensure high-quality, safe service delivery, and develop partner relationships. Requires 2+ years in a Head of Service role and strong leadership.
