Director of Product Governance & Compliance

Nationwide is seeking a Head of Product Governance to lead governance, compliance and supplier oversight across Business Bank products. You’ll drive consumer duty, regulatory reporting and governance standards while partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into customer-centric solutions.

You’ll work across Glasgow, Northampton and London hubs in a hybrid model, shaping a UK-first Business Banking function within a mutual and ensuring value for customers and sustainable growth.
