Growth Lead, Gaming — Player-First Strategy

Trailmix is seeking a Head of Growth to join the Leadership Team. You will architect the company’s growth strategy, define core audience metrics, and own investments in initiatives to unlock long-term competitive advantage.

This role requires deep experience in growth, marketing, or distribution within gaming or subscriptions, and a player-centered mindset. You will partner with Game GMs, hire and develop growth talent, and present strategy to partners and the board.
