Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Head of Service – Improvement, Assurance and Reforms (Principal Social Worker) for a 3-month contract starting ASAP in the Midlands with hybrid working (3 days on-site). You will lead standards and safeguarding across Adult Social Care, reporting to senior leadership and driving strategic improvement.
