Volunteer Transformation & Growth Leader

Girlguiding, the UK’s largest youth organisation for girls, is seeking a Head of volunteering transformation to drive transformational change in volunteering and help deliver our strategy for growth in volunteers and girls.

You will define the future model of volunteering, lead organisation-wide programmes to improve the volunteer experience, and champion inclusive practices across the organisation in a hybrid working environment.
