Head of Performance Analysis – Football Academy

Nottingham Forest FC is seeking a Lead Academy Performance Analyst to drive the delivery of performance analysis across all age groups. You will manage the academy analysis department, ensuring high-quality support to players and staff and aligning with coaching practice and development plans.

You will monitor player development via objective and subjective data, contribute to coaching methodology, and collaborate with senior academy leaders on strategic projects.
