Strategic Health, Safety, Compliance & Facilities Leader

Norwich City Services Ltd (NCSL) is seeking a Head of Health, Safety, Compliance and Facilities Management to provide strategic leadership and operational assurance across HSE and facilities. You will protect employees, contractors and the public while ensuring governance compliance.

You will develop a strong safety culture across frontline operations, oversee premises such as depots and offices, lead the H&S team and drive continuous improvement with proportionate risk management.
