Strategic Director, Transport Commissioning & Delivery

Liverpool City Region is seeking a Director of Transport Commissioning & Development to drive a multi‑billion transport programme in Merseyside. You will lead the commissioning of the 2040 Local Transport Plan, engage with partners, and secure public value while delivering a greener, more accessible network.

You will shape an operating model for Merseyrail, oversee branding and smart ticketing, and ensure delivery that connects communities to jobs, homes and regeneration projects.
