Responsibilities

- Design and maintain new and existing data schemas.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy laws.
- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience with data mapping, data migration, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Hands‑on proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and data modeling.
- Skills in data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Experience creating and managing data architecture roadmaps and designing data schemas.
- Good knowledge of investment banking and financial services domain.
- Awareness of financial regulations and data privacy laws relevant to credit card data.
- Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document data mapping requirements.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving data discrepancies.
- Experience creating detailed mapping documents, data dictionaries, conversion plans, Data Flow Diagrams, Epics, and Features.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data mapping and validation.
- Ability to work effectively in project teams, often under tight deadlines.
