International Software House is looking for an excellent Data Architect / Information Architect with experience of leading a team of DBAs. You will work closely with development teams and colleagues in developing the architecture of their software products.
We need a Data Architect who has a strong commercial background and has progressed from SQL DBA to Architect, with an understanding of information systems and data life‑cycle management best practices, methodologies and SDLC.
Key skills required: data modelling, data policies development, data warehousing, SQL development & administration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own a data strategy and associated policies.
- Responsible for data governance, data architecture principles and standards.
- Identify improvements in our data systems.
- Participate in selecting the best systems for data storage, retrieval and management.
- Lead the DBA team.
- Project management.
