Senior Games Programmer / Senior C# Developer

Location: East Midlands (Nottingham, Leicester, Derby). Salary: 50-60k + 25 days holiday. Permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into software solutions.
• Estimate, design, and implement logic for system functionality.
• Test solutions from an end‑user perspective.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
• Collaborate with a competent development team and report to the Development Manager.
• Cross‑train across the full product range.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial C# or C++ software development.
• Experience with 3D graphics, CAD, or games, or a strong mathematical background.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, T‑SQL, DDD, AWS, MVVM/MVC, OpenGL/DirectX.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint work.

Technical Environment
