Solution Architect – HR Transformation (Oracle HCM)
Contract: Initial 3–6 months (extension highly likely into a multi-year transformation programme)
Location: Nottingham – 1/2 days per week onsite
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the technical solution architecture for a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme.
You’ll be responsible for producing the high-level solution design, defining the target architecture, integration patterns, security model, data migration strategy, and technical governance across the programme. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners, you’ll ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Key experience:
- Solution Architecture on enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- High-level solution design (HLD) and technical architecture documentation.
- Enterprise integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, and integrations with Payroll, Finance, Identity & Access Management, and other business systems.
- Oracle HCM security architecture, data migration, reporting, and workflow design.
- Technical governance, design assurance, and risk management across complex transformation programmes.
