Responsibilities
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across UK public sector customers
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Understanding the challenges facing the public sector and positioning our People and Workforce management SaaS solutions as strategic enablers
- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Manage sales pipeline efficiently via Salesforce, track engagement, and ensure a data-driven approach to sales success
Requirements
- Experienced in new business SaaS sales
- Passion for public service transformation and digital innovation
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter mindset with a hunger to exceed targets
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environment
- Full UK driving licence
