What you will be doing
Ricoh are pleased to be recruiting for a new role which will lead financial planning, analysis, and performance management for RGS Finance, delivering accurate, timely insights to support strategic decision‑making. You will own forecasting, reporting, and the RGS Insights platform, while driving continuous improvement and partnering closely with senior leaders and global stakeholders to align financial and operational performance with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and month‑end processes, ensuring alignment with regional finance, Sales, and corporate targets.
- Design and deliver executive‑level reporting packs, including forecasts, customer profitability, and strategic growth metrics.
- Build and govern best‑in‑class global pipeline intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insight.
- Analyse pipeline conversion, assessing revenue impact, profitability, and gaps between contracted and realised revenue.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Service Delivery, and RGS leadership, shaping decisions through scenario planning and financial insight.
- Drive consistency in global reporting processes and resolve cross‑regional reporting challenges.
- Enhance and manage the RGS Insights platform (Workday Adaptive Planning), ensuring accuracy across revenue, expenses, headcount, pipeline, and profitability.
- Lead strategic finance initiatives (e.g. profitability frameworks, reporting transformation, value creation programmes).
- Deliver high‑quality monthly forecasts and analysis, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and insight.
- Partner globally to manage expenses, accruals, rolling forecasts, and cost control.
- Strengthen revenue integrity by identifying and resolving variances in collaboration with commercial and operational teams.
- Advance digital FP&A capabilities by developing models and tools (Power BI / Insights), improving automation and decision speed.
You will ideally have
- Significant FP&A leadership experience, with deep expertise in forecasting, performance analysis, and pipeline intelligence (digital/services sector preferred).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate financial data into commercial strategy.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in scenario modelling and handling complex, ambiguous data.
- Strong track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
- Qualified ACCA / CIMA and degree in Finance or Accountancy.
- Highly self‑sufficient, with the ability to prioritise in a high‑growth, international setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly within Sales‑driven environments.
- Advanced systems expertise (Workday Adaptive, Oracle, SAP, IBM Planning Analytics) and data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL), with strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
