Clinical Deputy Manager — Lead Nursing & Care Excellence

Barchester Healthcare’s Plas Y Dderwen care home is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care and lead the team in the General Manager’s absence.

You’ll be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring qualification, plus experience in safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, budget management and staff development to empower a multidisciplinary team.
