Role Overview
As an Industry Associate Manager within Accenture’s UK Insurance Strategy & Consulting team, you will lead workstreams and client engagements to solve complex business challenges across the Life, Pensions & Investments sector. You will develop industry solutions and propositions, build trusted relationships with clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support new client opportunities and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams and client engagements to solve complex business challenges across the Life, Pensions & Investments sector.
- Develop industry solutions, propositions and points of view that help clients address strategic, operational and technology‑led change.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through growing industry expertise and market insight.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across Accenture to deliver high‑quality outcomes and measurable client value.
- Support the identification, shaping and development of new client opportunities and account growth.
- Coach and mentor junior practitioners, contributing to capability growth and a strong team culture.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering business and technology change within the Life, Pensions & Investments sector, gained through industry or consulting roles.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage deliverables and drive successful client outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of one or more LP&I domains, including pensions, investments, wealth, protection, life insurance or annuities.
- Experience analysing complex business problems and developing practical, client‑focused solutions.
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate confidently across business and technology audiences.
- Strong presentation, problem‑solving and structured‑thinking skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Understanding of how digital, data and technology capabilities can be applied to transform client outcomes.
- Experience coaching junior team members and contributing to high‑performing teams.
