Oasis Academy Brightstowe in Bristol is seeking a Pastoral Head of Year to lead behaviour, attendance and safeguarding within a Year Group. This is a non-teaching, student-facing role focused on ensuring that all students are supported, safe and able to thrive.
The postholder will act as a central point of contact for students, families and staff, working with safeguarding and wellbeing teams to secure the best outcomes for learners.
