Commercial Solicitor – Energy & Supply Contracts

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking an Experienced Commercial Solicitor in Manchester to support broad commercial legal work, including contracts such as T&Cs, NDAs, MoUs and transaction agreements in the energy sector. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and advising internal stakeholders on commercial risk.
