Head of Electronics Engineering — Do-254 & Embedded Lead

Saab UK in Bedfordshire is seeking a Head of Electronics to lead the electronics design and prototyping team, delivering safe, high-reliability hardware for mission-critical programmes.

You will own the hardware design lifecycle, supervise 8-12 engineers, ensure DO-254 compliance, and coordinate with Systems, Software, and Mechanical teams. Security clearance to SC level is required or able to obtain it.
