Head of Rail Production & Maintenance

Siemens Mobility in Manchester is seeking a Head of Production to lead train maintenance operations at the Ardwick depot. You will manage a team of Production Managers, drive performance, resource planning and health and safety compliance, with oversight of contracts worth about £40m and budgets around £3.5m.

In this role you’ll champion continuous improvement, develop talent, and ensure on-time delivery of services while maintaining high safety and quality standards across the depot.
